You Are More Valuable Than Diamonds

You are more valuable than diamonds

One should be in astonishment with the realization of how much Elohim (God) loves each and every one of us.

Reading scripture is like finding a treasure chest. You open it and become in awe of the valuable jewels gently placed so delicately throughout. They all glimmer and shine as the light of revelation bounces back and forth on them. You gently pick up one piece with all its glory, examining it oh so carefully, believing you found the perfect one. Then you look back towards the box to see another marvelous jewel radiating against the others. As you pick up the newly found jewel, you realize that it compliments the first and makes the original even more valuable.

Each jewel intertwines with each other to tell the perfect love story; Gods love story for you and me. Some are in stories, some are in parables, a few are in lessons and others are very straightforward. Throughout the Bible, God reminds you how much he loves you and how valuable you are.

In Genesis, he reveals your royal lineage. In Proverbs, he tells of your righteousness. He takes the time to describe in detail how he created you with value and covers you with strength. In Deuteronomy, he informs you of how fearless you are, as he is your protector. In Ezekiel, he illustrates how you’ve been redeemed. In Matthew, he informs you of the authority you walk with. In Isaiah, he crowns you.

The world often describes us contrary to what God created us to be. It is essential to glean from the hidden jewels God has placed throughout the Bible, as each jewel shares a truth. The truth of who we are. The truth of our worth. The truth of what we were created to be. The truth to our identity.

I pray that you take time aside to find your jewel. Once you begin to collect your gems, you will too realize that YOU ARE MORE VALUABLE THAN DIAMONDS.
